Built-In Shelf Over Wall Hole
South Louisiana — A client had a large, irregular hole punched through an interior wall. Rather than just patch and paint, we framed in a recessed alcove and built a custom oak bookshelf with adjustable shelves and a paneled lower cabinet. The hole became a clean, built-in feature that looks original to the home.
